This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) governs the manner in which Zacate collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from Users (each, a “User”) of the website located at zacate.co, the related mobile website, the mobile application, and any other service where this Privacy Policy is posted (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and communications generated via the Site, and by providing personally identifiable information to us or by using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. The Site and the information provided in this Policy is solely intended for Users within the United States of America.
