How low-dose cannabis helped my sleep

Here is a personal account about how cannabis has improved my sleep:

I have always struggled with sleep. I would toss and turn for hours, struggling to get comfortable and fall asleep (the joint pain from 20 years working construction didn’t help). I would often wake up in the middle of the night and have trouble falling back asleep. It was a cycle that left me feeling tired and irritable during the day.

I had heard that cannabis could help with sleep, so I decided to give it a try. At first, I was hesitant because I didn’t want to get too high and have a bad experience. However, I found a low-dose edible THC mint that seemed perfect for my needs.

To my surprise, the mint (edible cannabis product) worked wonders. Within about an hour of taking it, I felt my body start to relax and my mind calm down. I was able to fall asleep easily and stay asleep through the night.

Since using cannabis for my sleep, I have noticed a significant improvement in my quality of rest. I wake up feeling rested and refreshed, rather than groggy and sluggish. It has also helped me to feel more relaxed and stress-free throughout the day.

Overall, I am extremely grateful for the positive impact that cannabis has had on my sleep. It has made a huge difference in my life and has helped me to feel more rested, alert, and overall better-balanced.
